The Guild is a non-profit making organisation with the aim of promoting all facets of alternative genres through different forms of art, literature, music, gaming and entertainment.

Our previous activities - ranging from cyberpunk themed parties to vampire balls as well as screenings of Japanese anime and movies - have proven to be a big success. As there has been a great demand for this type of event we have been spurred on to hold these events on a larger scale, open to the general public.

The Guild has held regular role-playing and table top strategy gaming and organised discussions on related subjects such as post-humanism and hypertextuality, art exhibitions and literary nights. However, all this has had to be placed on the backburner due to an absolute lack of support from the relevant authorities to provide assistance in the form of adequate premises.

Now, our role is to be the prime bastion in Malta for the exposure of these hitherto neglected genres. We aim to fill what we feel is a gaping hole in the country's attention to the practical and upcoming arts and literature, as well as providing a tasteful alternative to the commercial entertainment scene which currently lacks diversity.

We invite you to join in our endeavor to assert the presence of on-the-edge-entertainment in Malta.
