"Highway Code"
By David Micallef

Highway Code

Floating on a cloudy stormy star
Running on a roaring greasy railway
Steaming out from a pink blazing flower
Sleeping on a cosy solitary leaf.

Take my hand and pin me down
Leave the clouds to float alone
Admist
Dreams of a world so cold.

Just walk your life and let me
take my own pace or just hang around.
Said you're free but bet you're not.
You ain't sure. Who the hell is?
Life sucks...Is that new?
